Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
110sqm flat with big terrace close to city center.
We have 4 rooms (parents, children, guest room and living room with a a big open kitchen) one bathroom and one extra toilet. The sofa is convertible into a big double size bed, the kids have two beds plus one baby bed. In the guest room also a convertible sofa for two people is available.

Beschrijving van onze buurt en omgeving
We live in a modern 6party building with young neighbours and many families. We are in close walking distance to town (5-10min. walk) next to a small renatured river which is very popular for children and young people in summer time. A new big playground is also next door. All this is a no-car area, so very safe to have small children explore things by themselves. The Tübingen castle is just up the hill, a bus stop is in fromt of the house, grocery shop, pharmacy, bakery a couple of houses down the road. The railway station 30min by foot with excellent approx. 1h connections to Stuttgart (best beerfestival - better reviews than Munich). The bike land runs in front of the house, flat rides in the valley to the neighbouring villages are as well possible as hikes into the forest where you can walk 10k up to Wurmlingen Chapel or 25min to a beautiful farm-like restaurant with beergarden and typical food. Tübingen is a very international university town with beautiful old houses. Even on sundays the city is filled with live (unlike most other German towns). You don't need a car to do shopping, markets are 4times a week, supermarket is 10min away. If you have a car you can discover the black forest, Burg Hohenzollern, lake constance, castle Neuschwanstein (Bavarian alpes), Legoland Germany in 1-1,5h drive.
You can feel safe as a baby, Tübingen has some of the best hospitals and many of our neighbours are doctors.
