we had a relaxing holiday in a nice little house with a large garden in a historical area surrounded by fjords and sea. We were swimming almost every day. Many museums are interactively here. So we sailed a little on a Viking boat on the Roskildefjord and tried to live in the "Sagnlandet" as in the Stone Age. In Roskilde we marveled at the sarcophagi of all Danish royal houses in the cathedral. By bicycles we turned around the Isefjord, admired 1000-year-old oaks at Jægerspris and enjoyed the railway track between Skælskør and Næstved. (We can not recommend the railway track from Værslev to Gørlev.) Here and there you can explore 2000 year old stone-graves. To secluded farms lead beautiful avenues. During drizzle we had the "Sommerland Park" almost for us alone and could use extensively. Thanks for this great holiday.

We all felt immediately at home in this cosy house wirh its beatiful garden. It's set in a very quite residential surrounding, walking distance to the bay with a nice yachting habour and easy local shopping. We did some cycling tours, had fantastic daytrips, enjoyed especially the fresh black berries in the garden and the fire place... Just perfect! Thank you so much, again!
