We are an active retired couple. We keep very busy with family, as four out of our five children live in the Victoria area. Carolyn keeps busy with jazzercize, hiking, book club and volunteering. Glen swims most mornings and is active with a local fishing club. Travel is a passion for us.

Brand-new 1000 sq. ft. condominium near Victoria's Inner Harbour. We are on the 13th floor, with views of the Inner Harbour, downtown Victoria, the Empress Hotel and Parliament buildings & the Strait of Juan de Fuca. We have two bedrooms & two bathrooms.

Our condo is located in the Songhees area of Victoria; very close to many of Victoria 's downtown attractions- the Inner Harbour, the Empress Hotel, the Parliament buildings, the Royals BC Museum & many restaurants. The harbour is incredibly busy & from our condo we can watch seaplanes landing & taking off, the Coho & Clipper ferries making their runs, as many as 4 cruise ships docking some days plus whale watching boats, water taxis & private yachts & boats.

From our condo , it is a 10 minute walk to downtown Victoria, where there are all sorts of attractions, including the Inner Harbour, Empress Hotel, the Royal BC Museum and many restaurants. A shopping Centre, including a large grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks Coffee, pharmacy, several restaurants & other miscellaneous stores is a 5-minute walk away. A selection of trendy restaurants with water views are within à 5-15 minute walk. (See below).
