Dear Larraine and Ken, thank you very much for the opportunity to come and visit the middle and northern part of Vancouver Island. We enjoyed our stay in your wonderful house very much. It's so comfortable! Having breakfast with humming birds, rabbits and deers, exploring Cumberland, Comox, Courtney, Campell River, doing many great walks - your area kept us quite busy! But there are so many other hidden places to discover - so we are determined to come back in explore the southern part and many more. We hope you could enjoy our place as well, even you had no luck with the weather this summer. - and we hope we'll meet at our next visit!

Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil

Welcome to our home in the beautiful Comox Valley. The Comox Valley is located 200 km north of Victoria on the eastern shore of Vancouver Island. Conde Nast readers voted Vancouver Island the best island in Canada and sixth best in the world in 2012. During the summer we have many music festivals and innumerable recreation opportunities. We are 40 minutes from Mount Washington Alpine Resort which is at the boundary of the very beautiful Strathcona Provincia Park where there are many hiking, mountain biking and climbing options. There are several sandy beaches with great swimming. Fishing and eco-tours are available. There are many golf courses with Crown Isle being the premier course.

Our home is an open and roomy modern design. We have two bedrooms with queen size beds and a den with a sofa that converts to a comfortable queen size bed. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and a spacious walk-out family room downstairs. There are 3 bathrooms, one with a steam shower.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN EXCHANGES OF FOUR TO SIX WEEKS DURATION.
