SEEKING EXCHANGES IN UK IN 2017
We are a retired couple with a second home in Sussex Inlet, south coast NSW, Australia. Our home is only used by family and exchangers.
The house is a double storey waterfront cottage on the Sussex Inlet quays with its own jetty.
It has 3 bedrooms (2 x double beds, 1 x 1 single & trundle), bathroom, kitchen, dining room and large covered deck overlooking the water upstairs, with bathroom/laundry, lounge, computer nook and family area downstairs.
Any swap does not need to be simultaneous as our coast house is a 'second home' and is available at any time.

Beschrijving van onze buurt en omgeving
Quaint self contained small seaside town with a village atmosphere. Off the beaten track, within easy walking distance are with all the desirable amenities such as a well stocked supermarket, doctors, dentists, pharmacy, restaurants, clubs, coffee shops, cinema, several clothing stores etc. Picturesque flat walking trails, fishing, boating and cycling are popular activities. Lawn bowls clubs, a local golf course and superb sandy beaches are within a 5 minute drive from the house. Our street is a quiet well kept neat cul de sac with friendly neighbours who are happy to assist and provide advice if required.

Onze tips voor leuke activiteiten en uitjes bij ons in de buurt
Boating, fishing, lazy beach days, mooching about the scenic coastline and shops are all within an easy flat walk or 5 minute drive from the house.
Further afield within a 30 minute drive from Sussex Inlet are the local provincial centres of Nowra to the north and Ulladulla to the south, together with dolphin and whale watching cruises and interesting townships on nearby Jervis Bay. The region also offers many vineyards, boutique shopping centres and markets to tempt the intrepid shopper. Picturesque Kangaroo Valley and the local township of Berry should not be missed. The area is popular with bush walkers and is well served by many National Parks.
