Lots of full length sliding windows/doors giving views to beautiful garden and nearby forest. Double garage. Ducted A/C and fans, plus insulation. Study with computer connection and screen. Modern furniture. Patio with fan. In modern housing estate of country town. 3 fire alarms.

Situated in the National Heritage Glass House Mtns on the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Friendly neighbours who will look after you. Quiet, though sometimes a little noise from children. Only 20 mins walk from exc. shops/many cafes/surgery/chemist frequent trains to Brisbane (11/2 hrs) and north. 1/2 hr car to beaches and canoeable rivers, NP's, famous Maleny/Montville tourist area (platypuses at Maleny), Great Walks trail. Rainforest reserve at end of street with short walks to rockholes and Coochin Hills. Flat land adjacent to rolling hills and Ranges. Great climate, a bit humid in summer. Heating rarely needed. House is at end of cul-de-sac on 870sq m . A short walk from olympic swimming pool. Vege garden. Laundromat 4 mins drive.

Wat we graag willen of wat juist niet...

Keep house very clean - no shoes inside, no pets, prefer no children. Utensils to be kept clean. Replace anything damaged or broken to same value (discuss if in doubt). Special instructions for cleaning white tiled floor in living area. Prefer older couples. Beds to be left with clean sheets etc. Carpets and tiles cleaned weekly. If using 2 spare bedrooms, instructions for artworks stored therein (one of us is an artist). Blinds to be handled with care. Garden to be watered by hand when 2 days without suitable rain, veges daily in hot weather (do not leave hoses on when absent). Patio pot plants (esp tree ferns) and front porch pot watered daily by hand. Lawn to be watered with sprinkler during long dry spells. Fridge restocked or empty by arrangement. Landline to be paid if used. House to be locked when absent and at night and garage door and gates to be kept closed when not in use. No appliances to be left on when absent (turn off fans, A/C etc). A/C to rooms to be left off when not in use, except when cooling. Toilets and showers to be cleaned regularly. Water tank control valve to be turned off when empty (supplies toilets; auto change over to reticulated water supply). Mail to be collected and left by arrangement. We expect walls and furniture to be free of marks and scratches and tiles not to be chipped - to be paid for if serious. Accidental window breakage requires immediate attention - to be paid by you. Our insurance excess to be paid by you in insurance claims. no smoking in the house, no cigarette buts to be left outside. Bin, compost and rubbish preferences to be discussed. Furniture to be left where found.
