My 100 sq.meter, 2bd,1ba, pueblo style house has a wonderful, sunny patio where you can bbq, eat your meals and visit all day. The kitchen is totally new and modern. Arizona type bungulow, two bedroom, one bath. Modern kitchen, living room, sunny, private patio with gas bbq, off-street parking, office with wifi

My vehicle is a 2007 Nissan Versa that is parked in an off street carport.

The house has broad band for fast Internet. The beach is 10 miles away. There are two parks within one mile. It's a quiet neighborhood. San Diego is a lovely place with the best weather in the USA.

The north park and south park are two of the most desired neighborhoods in san diego because of the multitude of cafés, restaurants, shops, and parks. A 20 drive will take you to various beaches and bays for swimning and surfing. Balboa park has 17 museums and a world famous zoo. Youwill have the use of my RAV 4 , 4 door SUV Toyota sedan.
