except both home and exchangers are a couple of years older.!

We are a retired , non-smoking couple in our late 60s with many wonderful exchanges to date . We are happy to provide references We have lived in our current home for over 30 years and we have been actively involved in the local community. We would be pleased to provide introductions should our exchange partners have any special interests.

OUR HOME
Clean and comfortable, link-detached family home with all the usual mod-cons, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, within walking distance of the town centre. Public transport at end of street. Compact gardens to the front and rear of the property which are maintained by a gardener. Downstairs there is a breakfast/kitchen, lounge/dining area, study, shower room and a 2nd sitting room with futon for overflow guests. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms , a 3rd bedroom with a single bed(plus pull-out trundle) and full size family bathroom.
