Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil

Spacious apt. in perfect midtown Manhattan location. Fantastic views of the east river and city skyline. 2BR, 2bath, large chef's kitchen, dining room, and large LR. Supplied with all you will need for a wonderful stay. The bldg. has a huge outdoor terrace directly on the river for relaxing evenings. Very safe doorman bldg. and location with numerous lovely small parks surrounding. Though there are two bedrooms the second is set up as a den so it is preferred that ONLY 2 PERSONS / COUPLE stay in the apartment.

Sutton Place is a beautiful section of Manhattan that runs from 59th street to 53rd directly on the East River in Manhattan. Each street ends in a park and there are walking, biking and running paths that run along the river. It is a lovely quiet area but within minutes you are in midtown and all that the city has to offer.

Within a block of the apartment there are numerous cafes, shops restaurants, parks, and activity paths along the river. The theatre district, (Times Square), Central Park, major department stores, museums and public transportation are all nearby.

No pets, no parties, no smoking. Apartment is not suitable for children. There will be closet and drawer space available. Please do not move any of the personal belongings. Laundry facilities are available in the lower level of the apt. bldg. ( easy access).
