PLEASE NOTE: THE NYC RESIDENCE IS FULLY BOOKED THROUGH EARLY 2023. ADDITIONALLY, I HAVE FRIENDS AND FAMILY IN LONDON AND PARIS SO NOT LOOKING FOR EXCHANGES THERE. Simultaneous exchanges are NOT possible because of building regulations. We are open to hosted exchanges which would involve staying at your home at time different from that in which you stay with us. Hosted exchanges are generally limited to two people although we have accommodated more.
The apartment, located in a landmark building with a central courtyard, is very well located, close to museums, Lincoln Center, the theater district, shopping and great transportation. There is a modern kitchen, internet access, two large flat screen TVs and all the usual amenities. The fish, plants and grand piano need some care taking. Professional cleaning service is available.

We live in a very safe neighborhood close to anything you might want to do.
The city apartment is available only for hosted exchanges, not for simultaneous exchanges as building rules do not allow us to rent or exchange without our being on site.
Onze voorkeuren
Wat we graag willen of wat juist niet...
It is important the my home be left in the same condition in which you found it. I appreciate no smoking in the home. I like to cook so you will find a large eat in kitchen but no dining room. My city residence is open only for a hospitality exchange as the management of my building does not allow people to stay here while I am not in residence. I am a photographer and therefore most interested in places that offer possibilities for photography, especially landscape photography. I have only recently rejoined Homelink, because my sense is that exchanging is the safest way to travel right now (and I've already done the RV cross country adventure as well as the sleeper rail car to Seattle). We need to think talk about hospitality exchanges in the covid age.
