My home is a Craftsman Cottage nestled in the NY foothills of the Berkshire's, just outside of Chatham, near Hudson and Lenox, quiet country road within walking distance to Spencertown Village Circle and general store. You will want a car to drive the 4 miles to Chatham where you will find everything you need including full size grocery store and many shops and restaurants. There are 2 Theatres and several galleries, also a few pubs with live entertainment. If you prefer to stay close to the house we have a scenic road to walk or jog and view the Mountains, waterfalls and Beaver Dam lake just past a nearby farm. The general store is a quick walk and serves breakfast and lunch daily.

Art Omi in nearby Ghent, Chatham Village at 4 miles. Historic Hudson is 15 miles where you can take Amtrak into NYC (2 hrs). Tanglewood, Lenox, Stockbridge, Great Barrington 20-25 minutes. Skiing at Catamount and Jiminy Peak 25-35 min. Very Central to dozens of upstate NY and Western Mass attractions.
