We are interested in all kinds of exchanges at any time of the year but are also open to short or long weekends within Florida and nearby Georgia. We are very happy to host families as well as to be non-simultaneous. We would be exceptionally interested in homes or apartments that are in urban areas and/or connected by short rail system where we can walk to many interesting tourist sights. Some cities that come to mind are London, Paris, Nice, Bordeaux, New York, San Francisco, Barcelona, Vienna, Prague, Montreal, Zurich or other cities in Switzerland, Milan, Florence, Venice, and many more. We are also interested in islands in the Caribbean and off the coasts of Europe.

We have a beautiful roomy home with ac, all stainless appliances, Internet TV and screened in pool area. Baby fencing available for pool if desired. The house is a ranch (one floor) with a second floor bonus room with bathroom, across from a natural park and on a lake. Master bath has a jacuzzi tub for two. Florida is fun in the sun. Although it is known for amusement parks, there are an abundance of natural wonders, like viewing Manatees in the winter and Bioluminescent Kayaking in the late summer and early fall.
