Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil

It almost never rains in Southern California! Our beautiful single story home is located a block from Pines Park overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The beach is a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. Our landscaped backyard with an inground pool and a BBQ is completely enclosed affording privacy for sunbathing and dining and entertaining.
We have an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, living room and dining room which flow into the backyard. Three bedrooms and an office make up the sleeping quarters with a queen bed, double bed and a single “princess & the pea” bed (2 single mattresses on a box frame mattress). We have the usual assortment of beach toys including 2 adult bikes, 2 children’s bikes, 1 long surf board, 2 paddleboards, a 2 man kayak, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas.
The neighboring towns of Laguna Beach, Dana Point, San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano offer casual and fine dining, boutique shopping and night life, deep sea fishing, sailing and surfing.
...and this is why we call it Paradise!

There are many possibilities for activities in and around Capistrano Beach and along the California coastline. Pageant of the Masters takes place during July & August in the artist community of Laguna Beach, San Clemente holds world class surfing competitions, San Juan Capistrano is the home of The Mission San Juan, Dana Point houses the Marine Institute. Legoland, Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm and Universal Studios are all about 45-60 minute drive. San Diego is 60 miles South and Los Angeles is 60 miles North.
...and then return to “your” house and stroll to Pines Park and watch the sunset over the Pacific.
