Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Our home has been described as "palatial" by previous exchangers. It is set in a quiet cul-de-sac in the exclusive Wine Country subdivision of the small town of Woodbridge. The pleasant town of Lodi lies directly to our south.
A few minutes walk from our home is Lodi Lake, providing swimming and boating activities. Around Woodbridge the countryside is covered in vineyards and cherry orchards. Our central location is ideally situated for tourists, being almost equidistant from the chief sightseeing destinations of Northern California, including: San Francisco, Yosemite National Park, Lake Tahoe, the Napa and Sonoma Valleys, the Pacific Coast Highway, Monterey Bay and Carmel, the Sierra Nevada mountains with their groves of Giant Sequoias, the quaint forty-niner gold-rush towns of Gold Country, and many others.
Previous exchangers have regretted the fact that they ran out of time before they ran out of things to see. Some have even exchanged with us more than once!
