The home is on the outskirts of a lovely small town and is genuinely a 30 min drive from Palma airport, so really easy to get to. We settled into the home really quickly and easily, and enjoyed having a great base to explore this lovely island. It was lovely to arrive home and see that Luis, Aina and Maria had taken great care of our home and treated it with respect.

We had a very pleasant eight days stay in Aina’s and Luis’s house and can fully recommend swapping houses with them. The house is very nicely located in a mid-sized town nearby the Tramuntana mountains and offers all the amenities needed for a nice stay. Communication was very easy and friendly, the exchange was very organised and we felt comfortable the whole time. Swapping the cars went very well as well. Great experience.

The house is beautiful, historic in a quiet part of a nice city. The island offers everything you can think of, beaches, caves, viewpoints, monasteries, animal farms and wild mountains. We liked those the most and we enjoyed the unique peace there (with wild animals).Communication with Luis and Aina was perfect and we thank them very much for a wonderful exchange.

Dear Aina and Luis, We really enjoyed your house and your little town. You live in a very beautiful region where we were able to discover culture and nature. Unfortunately, a week is far too short to explore everything. We would like to come back! Regards Britta and Fabian

It was nice to meet the owners on our arrival. The apartment is very comfortable and clean, with a pubic swimming pool and sports field very close by. The town of Alaro is quiet, nice and not turistic. A very good starting point for mountain hikes and some nice local festivities in the beginning of August. Thanks to the central location and the suggestions made by the owners, we made a lot of nice trips around Mallorca. We could luckily use the car of the owners to explore the island and beaches. The owners took good care of our house and cats. We enjoyed coming home in a clean house!

Nice, well-equipped apartment near the centre of the old town, well within walking distance. Plenty of tourist information, clear and concise instructions about the house itself. Recommended if you are looking for a more authentic feel of the island. As it is near the mountains of the west coast, there are loads of opportunities for hiking and cycling. The town is easy to reach, both by car and by public transport and it lovely in it's own right. I enjoyed my stay there and was made very welcome. The only thing that bothered me was that there is a lot of noise from the street and the neighbours. In part, that is how it is in southern Europe but it did get annoying at times. The owners are kind and try to do whatever to make you enjoy their home and their island, so I'd really recommend them to anyone looking for a different stay than just 'sun and sea' kind of holiday.My own place was left clean and tidy and in good order, so it was a happy homecoming.
