Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Our apartment is located in Mojacar Playa, 5 minutes walk from the beach and comprising a well-equipped kitchen, 1 double and 1 single bedroom, lounge/dining room leading to large balcony overlooking private swimming pools and well-kept gardens with sea view. Also tennis court facility on-site.
Mojacar boasts a long promenade stretching along the beach with numerous cafes, restaurants and shops.
Places of interest are the nearby village (Pueblo) of Mojacar, which has kept it's stepped terraces and charming narrow little streets, Vera with its own aqua park and Garrucha, a fishing town and port with its own promenade.
Almeria is the nearest city with its own airport located some 45 minutes away by car, also Alicante airport some 2 hours away.
Public transport is cheap and 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Our neighbourhood is quiet and has all the facilities for a beach resort. The long sea front stretches for miles along the coast giving you pleasant walks or use of public transport.
The apartment is situated just minutes from the sea front in a very secure complex within beautiful gardens and swimming pools that have a lifeguard in regular attendance.

From our apartment it is a 5 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We have tennis courts within the complex. There are first class golf resorts within a short distance. An aqua park is located in Vera, a short distance away. A visit to Mojacar old town is a must. Various walks along the promenade can be made along the sea front/beach which stretches for miles.
