Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Cozy, one bedroom apartment full equipped in front of the beach in the residential area of Aigualdolc in Sitges. Ideally located a few steps from the beaches, the port and a 10’ walking to village center .
Is a great option for a couple or two people. Perfect for vacation as you can combine relax time on the beach and culture. Sitges is near Barcelona (30 mins by car, bus or train). Transports are very good because you have train/bus to Barcelona every 15 min. You also can reach the airport in 20 min. My apartment is located in a very special environment with sea view from the living room and balcony. The perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. This is a pleasant residential area with swimming pool. You can walk everywhere from home.
If you want to explore a little more of Catalonia, you can visit Penedes region where are the famous wineries (30 mins from Sitges) or the Montserrat Monastery.

Beschrijving van onze buurt en omgeving
Neighbourhood is the best in Sitges. It calls Aigualdoc and it's 5 mins walking to the Port/Harbour. It's a residential area however you hare 10 mins walking to the supermarket and 15 mins to the village center. S. Sebastian Beach and Aiguadolc is a few steps from the apartment! Awesome view from the house where you can listen the de sea and wnjoy beautiful sunsets.
