We are a couple of recent retirees, so now we have plenty of time; we live in Seville and have a second residence in Rota available to exchange on any date except July and August, we are also open to exchange the apartment not simultaneously.
We like to travel and especially visit our children in Barcelona and Valencia.
We usually take bike rides, practice Pilates and go to the pool. etc. Also love activities at sea like swimming, sailing, etc.
Our daughter (26 year old) or our son and his girlfriend (34 years old) travel with us occationally

Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Rota is a small coastal town (around 30 thousand inhabitants) near Cadiz (43 km) and Jerez de la Frontera (31 km). With a marine and beach atmosphere, full of bars and restaurants with outdoor terraces. It has a marina with a nautical club.
The apartment is in an urbanization on the beach and alongside a pine forest with wooden paths and very nice seaviews. There is a swimming pool with lifeguard, open from June to September. It is next to the Hotel Playa de la Luz, with a magnificent restaurant. In summer time there is a windsurft club, catamaran, etc.
The apartment has approximately 64 m2, with two bedrooms and a sofa bed, living room with American kitchen and a small terrace.Ideal for 4 or 5 people.

It is a very quiet residential neighborhood of chalets and townhouses. There are several restaurants that can be reached on foot.
There are municipal sports facilities for public use and several supermarkets within a radius of 2 km

You can practice any water sport such as sailing, catamaran, windsurfing, kie surfing, etc. There is a municipal sailing school in the port and a private one near the apartment
It is close to Cadiz,the oldest inhabited city in Europe, with many cultural and historic attractions. you can go by car, bus or ferry. Also close to Jerez, with the famous Sherry cellars and the Royal School of Equestrian Art.
