We expect the house to be in a similar condition to when we left, and we will do the same for you.
If something unforeseen happens, please let us know asap, we will do the same.
If there is bedding to be laundered, we will take care of that upon our return.
Absolutely no smoking, inside or out. Children are welcome if they are helped to be cautious.
