Located in the charming and quiet residential Guadiana neighborhood, one of the most beautiful colonias in the UNESCO designated historic San Miguel de Allende. Just named "Best City in the World" by Travel & Leisure. This quiet, bright and beautiful home is a short walk to the Parroquia, restaurants, and shopping. A three story home with bedrooms on the second and third story. Two terraces with expansive stunning views of all that San Miguel has to offer. Beautiful garden and landscape with BBQ just steps from the dining room. Well appointed and fully equipped. The home comes with a housekeeper three times a week and a gardener twice a week. In addition, a management company is available to help you with any requests. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. Master bathroom has a steam shower. Powder room on the first floor. Mud room with washer and dryer. Purified water system throughout and air conditioning in the master bedroom. We have just renovated the kitchen, refurnished the living room and added a covered terrace at the top providing a 360 degree panoramic view of the city. Updated photos to follow.

Fantastic location in quiet yet vibrant Guadiana which is one of the most beautiful colonias in historic San Miguel. Just a short walk to fine dining as well as local family run restaurants. Down the street to the organic market. Local groceries and butcher shops within minutes. You can walk to everything including Guadiana Park, Parque Juarez and the Jardin where the Parroquia is located. It really doesn't get any better in San Miguel.
