We are Giovanna and Luca. We are 63 and 61 years old. We are teachers and we are now retired. We have 2 sons that usually don't travel with us. We live in Toscany, near Siena and we have a nice apartment on Elba Island (in Capoliveri), which is available for exchange from september to may.

A nice luminous apartment 60 m2 in the middle of the peculiar town of Capoliveri (Elba Island). 2 balconies facing the sea with all the islands (Pianosa, Montecristo, Corsica).
Cold and warm air condition.
Many beaches around, wonderful surroundings and walks in the Park of Calamita. Old mines, vineyards, amazing views of the sea anywhere.

Beschrijving van onze buurt en omgeving
The apartment is in the heart of the nice and historical village of Capoliveri (Elba Island). It is very crowdy in summer, but delightful in low season.
Wonderful views all around (Corsica, Montecristo, Pianosa, Giglio Islands). Beaches, sports, walk. You can easily reach all the interesting locations on the island and organized trip to the other islands of the Tuscan Archipelago.
