Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil

Ref: GOLD = Homelinker since 1996 with over 20 Xs.
Very sunny and spacious (150sq.m) apartment on the 4th (last) floor, with lift.
Well furnished, with four bedrooms, a confortable living-room, a dining-room, an office, two bathrooms, three balconies and a common garden.
Friends and children welcome: piano, guitars and violin, computer with Internet wireless access, plasma tv, dvd, games for everyone and air conditioning; bycicles, skies and rollers.
Padova is an important, artistic town (www.turismopadova.it) - The Botanical Garden is a World Heritage -.
Good public transports take you to Venezia, 28 km (www.turismovenezia.it), to Abano Spa, 10 km, to Verona (a World Heritage) and its opera, 80 km (www.tourism.verona.it). By car you can easily reach Dolomiti (a World Heritage), 150 km (www.dolomiti.org).
We can exchange during school holidays.

Padova is a very interesting town, full of historical and cultural points. My guests always like it and are happy here.
the house is 2 km away from the station, and even less from the city center.
At few metres from home there are 2 different bus lines (www.APSholding.it) - n. 6 and n. 13.
In the garage there are some bikes

Out of Padova there are the spa centers of Abano and Montegrotto / Colli Euganei / abbazia di Praglia / Palladio houses in Riviera del Brenta and Vicenza / Venezia / Verona.
At less than 50 km the beaches of Sottomarina/Chioggia (a little Venice city).
At 100 km Asiago mountains.
At 180 km the WONDERFUL Cortina d'Ampezzo, with best world mountains DOLOMITI (I really suggest you to visit them).
PS: if you like, I have all things necessary for camping...
