Our home is located in the heart of Brianza, a hilly area between Milan (40 km) and the Lake of Como (12 Km). Specifically, our home is located near Lecco (Italy), a small town which is famous for its beautiful mountains (i.e., Orobie alps). Also, you can visit the Lake of Como and its nice locations as Bellagio, Varenna, and Comacina island. Numerous biking and walking trails, around our zone. Ten min. to 40 min drive to get several nice towns such as Lecco, Milan, Bergamo, Como, Monza. Our home is an excellent base from which to explore the whole north Italy area, including Venezia (about 250 Km), Genova (about 190 Km) and Torino (about 180 Km).

Our house is located in a typical Italian traditional yard, in a quiet neighborhood. It is an renewed old stone-made house, no need for air conditioning. It is comfortable with an open kitchen/dining room/living area at the plan floor. A room with a small library, bedroom and master bath upstairs. There is a separate bedroom with a bathroom at third level and an attic with bed. There is also a garden with an outside kitchen.

Easy 50 minute drive from Milan Malpensa International airport and 30 minute drive from Bergamo airport.

The Swiss border is just 25 km far away.
