This two story cute house is extremely well located. In the most quiet street of Antigua's Casco. It's characterized by the charm of the city. You can expect a nice décor and a warm atmosphere. It's well equipped, has a functional kitchen with an open breakfast bar, a comfortable living room, four bedrooms, two downstairs, and two upstairs, with two full bathrooms in each level. A small courtyard in the center with a charm bucaro style fountain. Be sure that this lovely house is ready to provide you with comfort and an spectacular view of all the volcanos. You can walk around Antigua's Casco and enjoy all that the city has to offer at any time of the day or night.

We love our casita. My husband loves to cook and we go to the fresh market to buy all the ingredients for his creative dishes. With our kids we like to walk to central park and stop for icecream at a home made creamery. Food in Antigua is amazing. Coffee is good everywhere... and the pastries are absolutely amazing. Our walks around town are memorable. The people is friendly, and when we're tired to walk, we take a tucktuck that will drive anywhere we want to go. We don't use or need the car when we're in Antigua. It's our happy place.

We're very neat and proper. Leave premises as found or better ?. We have a cleaning lady who can come and help you out. If you can please put some water on the patio plants every once in a while. Enjoy. Relax.
