House near the sea.
Our house is located 500 m from a very quiet and clean sandy beach with nice sunset.
It is a very simple house but well equipped for the summer, and has a garden of 300 m2 ideal for children and relax.
Main floor: 25 m2 incl kitchen and bathroom.
Basement: two bedrooms and one livingroom.
Total approx. 75 m2.
The house is not hot because of the basement and the area also has always a lovely fresh air in the midday. There is also aircondition.
Mention please that there are stairs in our house.
This is our second house so the exchange can be not simultaneus.

House in Ioannina.
Our main house is in Ioannina, 100km away of the summer house. Ioannina is a beautiful town (120.000 people) in the lake Pamvotis. Near Ioannina there are a lot of mountains and paths for trekking (Papiggo village, Dragon-lake, Viko’s gorge, Zagorohoria, etc).
The house is a newly building house at a hill above the town of Ioannina. It has a main floor (120 m2), a basement and garden. It has 3 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Basement has our bikes and a ping pong table (table tennis).
Our permanent house is also available for you to stay if the exchange is simultaneus to discover the area.

Usually we suggest a combination including both houses in order to discover see and mountains of west Greece.


Additional information
House near the sea.
A few kilometres from our house, you can visit Preveza (19 Km), Lefkada (30km), Parga (30 km), Syvota (50 Km).
There are some ancient monuments nearby: Nikopolis city 7 Km, Nekromanteion and Acheron river 15 km, Kassopi town 12 km.
For visiting all this places you will need a car (exchange car is available only if it will be simultaneous) but you can also rent a car from the airport, or Preveza and we can give you informations about prices.
The nearest international airport is Aktion-Preveza (PVK) 20km, which has a lot of cheap flights during summer time. Other international airports: Corfu Island (85km), Thessaloniki (300km).

Next to our house there is a quiet and polite family (not permanent) and nearby (100 meters) a supermarket.

In Preveza and Lefkada you can find bio-market.

Even if there are not cycle paths in the region, we can inform you for some interesting bike routes nearby.

House in Ioannina.
The house is located in a quiet hill overlooking the mountains of Epirus 1.5 Km from the center of the town. There is a mini market, a bakery and a restaurant nearby, but you can find everything in the town.
The area is very famous for good meat and good souvlaki. The city is quite small, there are nice restaurants and cafe near the lake, the old picturesque town and the castle. Very attractive is the island in the lake. The area around Ioannina is famous for mountains (the altitude vary from 500 to 2500 m), stoned villages and many trekking paths (Papiggo village, Dragon-lake, Viko’s gorge, Zagorohoria, etc).
