Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
The fully refurbished apartment with park view is furnished in a mix of modern furniture and antiques and is located in a charming residential area with small shops and cafés. It is perfectly connected to the entire tram, underground and S-Bahn network. The apartment has a couch (double bed couch 120cm which can be transformed into a full bed with slatted frame and spring mattress in a few simple steps. Thus, the living room becomes a bedroom in the evening) and a desk. In the kitchen is a fridge with freezer and new induction hob. The bathroom has a bath with rain shower. A washing machine is available.
