Ons huis
Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Our house (110m2) is bright and clean. It is located in a small and green joint ownership with a nice collective swimming pool. It is entirely air conditionned. We have 3 bedrooms ( two with bed 160/200 and one with a single bed) . Two bathrooms , one with tube , the other with shower. You will find everything you need in the kitchen. Of course TV and Wifi are at your disposal. The garden with a nice terrace is relaxing!
Cagnes sur Mer is a city located 15mns from Nice and the airport. It is known for its hippodrome and its old village. A walk along the see and its bike path allows you to go by bike to the port of Nice.
To the East of the city you can visit Nice, Monaco, Eze, St Jean Cap Ferrat.....and to West you will find Antibes,Cannes, St Tropez.....

Beschrijving van onze buurt en omgeving
Our neighbourhood is very pleasant and calm . We are located 1 km from city center and 3 kms from the sea. Bakery , supermarkets , pharmacy are also 5mns by car. A large new shopping center is 20 mns walk from our house or a few minutes by car.

You have a lot of restaurants and bars along the see and other places....( we will give you some adress) . Near our house you have a Casino , a cinema and ......so many beautiful villages to discover! ( Vence, St Paul de Vence, Tourettes sur Loup....)
