Nous sommes de "jeunes retraités et avons 3 filles dont deux qui vivent à Paris ce qui nous donne l'occasion d'y aller souvent. Nous aimons aussi être entourés par nos 4 petits enfants.
Nous avons depuis toujours aimé voyager en France, en Europe et au delà... Nous avons fait une quinzaine d'échanges tous réussis, beaucoup en Europe mais aussi aux Etats Unis, au Maroc, à Bali. Nous aimons visiter les beaux jardins, les châteaux, les musées et sommes toujours en quête de nouvelles découvertes. Nous aimons recevoir enfants et petits enfants jardiner et cuisiner, lire, aller au cinéma ou au concert, randonner...

Ons huis
Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Comfortable and fully equipped house surrounded by a flowery garden and located in a very pleasant neighbourhood. Our house is only 5 minutes by foot from the historic center of Caen.
You can also find several parks nearby with children areas. The nicest park is called "jardin des plantes" and is located next to our house. If you feel like driving to the seaside, it won't take you more than 15 minutes.
Caen is well known for its "Memorial" dedicated to peace (renowned as one of the best WW2 museums in France), its 11th century castle that is one of the largest medieval complexes in Europe and its two abbayes (Guillaume le Conquérant). There are several manors, castles and nice gardens to visit in the surrounding area.
Caen it’s a fantastic starting point to explore...

Caen well known for its "Memorial" for the peace, and its two abbayes (Guillaume le Conquérant) is quite near Deauville, Trouville, Honfleur, the D-Day beaches, Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo and only two hours far from Paris by train or motorway.
Normandy, highly prized by Parisians, is worth the detour!!!
