Sunny and spacious detached 2,200 sq ft house in a peaceful village 30km away from Lyon, and very close to airport and TGV station. Available for week-end exchanges, short holidays on a one-week basis, and for longer periods of time during summer holidays.
5 bedrooms, 2 bath, living room w/ wood-stove, piano, home cinema, fully-equipped kitchen, large playroom, computer, ADSL and wifi, free local, national and international calls. Sunny garden with terrace, veranda, barbecue, swimming pool. House and garden offer everything for an easy housekeeping, a relaxed stay for parents and children.
The house may comfortably accomodate up to one couple and 5 children, or 2 couples and 4 children.

We live in a small village called Diémoz, at the western limit of the Isère department, with a nice and peaceful countryside atmosphere. Diémoz is 30 km away from Lyon, i.e. a 30 minute drive to the city. The village is only 15 minutes away from Lyon International Airport and TGV train station.

Onze tips voor leuke activiteiten en uitjes bij ons in de buurt
Diémoz is 30 km away from Lyon, i.e. a 30 minute drive to the city. The village is only 15 minutes away from Lyon International Airport and TGV train station : so it’s only 1h50 to Paris, and... 1h30 to Marseilles and its famous Calanques National Park. The Alps are only 1h away from Diémoz, and if you stay in our Grenoble house, well it is right there at your feet! The beautiful city and lake of Annecy are 1h10 away, and in winter the closest ski resorts (such as L’Alpe d’Huez, Les 7 Laux, Chamrousse...) are 1h30 away from Diémoz and 30 to 45 minutes away from Grenoble. So our place is an ideal location to go hiking or skiing in the mountains as well as explore Southern France : Lyon, the Alps, Provence...

We are experienced home exchangers (15 exchanges with Canada, California, England and France since 2004). In 2016, we are looking for the following home exchanges:
- An exchange with a house that may accomodate 2 couples + 5 children for 2 weeks between July 30 and August 13 2016 in France (Brittany, Mediterranean Coast, mountains...) or in Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Croatia...).
- Shorter exchanges (Easter and All Saints 2016, weekends...) in France and surrounding countries (Spain, Italy, big european cities...). Especially looking for opportunities in London, Berlin, Torino…
