Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with stunning mountain and ocean views. A quiet rural setting about 30 minutes drive to Victoria, 10 minutes to the airport, ferries or Town of Sidney. 20 minutes from World Famous Butchart Gardens. Lots of coffee spots in nearby Sidney as well as a beautiful waterfront walk. After a busy day, relax and enjoy the view from our hot tub.

Beschrijving van onze buurt en omgeving
We live on a cul-de-sac with very friendly neighbours. Our home is on a one acre lot with a beautiful view of the ocean, valley and mountains in the distance. We have lots of nature right outside the door, with deer often here eating our plants or sleeping in the yard. You will need a car to get around. The nearby Town of Sidney has all you need (groceries, pharmacy, medical clinic etc.).

Onze tips voor leuke activiteiten en uitjes bij ons in de buurt
We are near Victoria which is a tourist destination. By car: 10 minutes to Sidney (coffee, whale watching, museums), Airport, BC Ferries, Washington State Ferry; 20 minutes to Butchart Gardens; 35 minutes to Downtown Victoria (The Empress, Royal BC Museum, Parliament Buildings, Inner Harbour, etc.) We are 20 minutes to Elk and Beaver Lakes, 40 minutes to Thetis Lake. Access to the ocean is about 5 minute drive from our home. We will leave a book with information on the area and attractions.
