PLEASE NOTE - have moved from Brisbane to Kings Beach which is on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia.
We are an active retired couple who have completed 16 successful exchanges, mostly in Europe. We prefer exchanges of about a month so we can enjoy the local area, but can equally look at shorter or longer exchange opportunities. We have alternative accommodation with family so non-simultaneous is always an option.

It was an incredible experience to stay in Graeme ´s and Lynn ´s house. They are lovely people, we had a warm welcome and the house is wonderful. From the first moment we felt like home. There werde lots of information about trips and tours. Bowen Hills is the perfect place to experience Brisbane and surroundings. We stayed for 5 weeks and it was fabulous. Everything was near perfection in their house and they made us feel as if we were really at home. Also, they left great memories in our neighbours in Spain. Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil

A comfortable apartment set in a resort style secure complex that is mainly owner occupied with a high proportion of retirees. Our apartment is on the third floor with northerly views up the coast to Mooloolaba. Features of the complex include a lift, underground carpark, large pool, gym, steam room, BBQ area and viewing deck
The Sunshine Coast has many attractions and is about 80 km north of Brisbane, accessible by car or public transport. We are also only 15 minutes to Maroochydore Airport.
We have completed 16 exchanges and are happy to look at anything from 2 weeks to two months. We can do either simultaneous or non simultaneous exchanges.

We live in the beachside suburb of Kings Beach, which is a ten minute walk to the sand. The nearest shopping centre is a ten minute walk, and within a fifteen minute walk is the main street of Caloundra or a larger shopping centre.

We are surrounded by beaches including Kings Beach, Shelly Beach, Moffat Beach, Happy Valley, Bulcock Beach and Golden Beach. The hinterland includes some lovely small towns within about a half hour drive. Australia Zoo and the Glasshouse Mountains are nearby.
