We´re a couple with two boys; an infant and a 3 year old. We love the easy access to the busy city with all the activities, museums and shops, but also the quiet forest and beautiful sea, so our home is in a perfect location for us.

Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Family home very close to the forest and only 20 minutes from Stockholm city. Commuter train to Stockholm city is 300 m away.
One of the largest shopping malls in northern Europe is within walking distance from the house.
A short bus trip takes you to the boats with Stockholm’s stunning archipelago as destination.
Our home is well equipped with several bed rooms, a large fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, washroom with washing machine and tumble dryer and two bath rooms (one of them completely rebuilt in 2018).
Outside the house you have a nice private secluded garden and porch. It´s equipped with several seating furnitures, a hammock and a grill. The grass is cut by a self-propelled lawn-mower.
The house and the garden is child friendly with a sandbox, swings and it is surrounded by a fence.
