1950s Cape Cod Cottage in West Yarmouth, Lewis Bay area. We purchased this cottage in 2020 and have been renovating it. I am originally from Cape Cod and we wanted a place near family and friends. We have tried to keep it true to my childhood home growing up on the Cape.

We are moving our daughter into college (University of San Francisco) and need a place for a week around the move in (8/13). The cottage will be available throughout August and we are flexible on the amount of time someone might use it.

There is no central ac but there are window units that can be used if needed. There is also a barbeque grill. We will be continuing to update the house over the next couple of months.
