After meeting in Italy, my wife and I have now been married for nearly 30 years. We have three wonderful girls, but usually only travel with our 12 year old, as the other two have jobs and are in university. We love to travel, meet new people and see new places. We've lived aboard a sailboat for a few years and now own this home near beautiful Chattanooga. We're excited to visit new places and are available for long term exchanges.

Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Our home is just 30 minutes away from Chattanooga, TN, "THE BEST TOWN EVER" https://www.outsideonline.com/2008956/why-chattanooga-best-town-ever , and one of the "BEST SMALL CITIES" https://www.cntraveler.com/gallery/best-cities-us . After a fun day it's nice to retreat to our quiet and private home. Secluded home on 6+ acres of land. You literally can't see any other homes from our house. There's a large back deck to sit and watch the sunset and plenty of room to walk and roam. We have a gas fireplace for ambiance or heat, and an outdoor BBQ grill. Our kitchen has a large fridge, 6 burner stove, wall ovens, dishwasher and enough counter space to whip up just about anything. The master bedroom has a large en-suite with double sinks and a king size bed. There are two other bedrooms with a bathroom to share. In the backyard is a swing set / playhouse for the kids. There is a downstairs apartment with separate entrance that my daughter lives in, she's very helpful if you need anything.

We're a mile down a private road nestled amongst the trees and some farms. There's a blue hole close by that you can hike to, and plenty to see and do just 30 minutes away in the City of Chattanooga. We're at an elevation of 1900 ft and are surrounded by forest. Signal Mountain is the best place to view the Tennessee River Gorge, https://www.tnvacation.com/local/chattanooga-tennessee-river-gorge) and the Cumberland Trail goes right through here.
