Our neighborhood is close to the center of the city (Historic Plaza). It is composed of homes on large lots so each home is private. Ours is especially secluded on one acre bordering an arroyo and open space. Jogging trails nearby and easy access to mountain hiking. Three minutes from 5 wonderful museums. Our home is close to the mountains, hiking and biking trails as well as a ski resort. One can drive to Indian Pueblos, or even the Grand Canyon. During the summer we have a world-class opera in Santa Fe. There are also festivals all summer with Indian Market being the largest, drawing 150,000 visitors to Santa Fe. Santa Fe is also known for is large and varied art market. There are over 290 art galleries in town and more than 200 restaurants.

We do not smoke and our house is smoke free. We have no pets. The house is also not equipped for small children.
