Ons huis

Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil

3-BR, 1.5-BA upper flat, centrally located in the highly desirable Noe Valley neighborhood of San Francisco . We are two blocks from MUNI and 15 minutes walk to the subway
( BART). The flat is a few minutes ' walk to dozens of cafes, restaurants, and stores including Whole Foods. We share a lovely garden and patio with our downstairs neighbor. Please note that we do not have a dishwasher.

Noe Valley is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with a well-stocked wine shop, a Saturday farmer's market, and host of cafes and small independent businesses. Our home is a short MUNI ride away from Dolores Park. We are one block away from car-free Sanchez Street where people of all ages walk, run and ride bikes and scooters.
