Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Southwest style home with 2 bedrooms and a den with a Murphy bed. It is on the 11th fairway of the Vistancia Golf Course. Trilogy provides many amenities including a large outdoor pool with full service to the cafe. There are full spa services in the Kiva Club as well as a gym, indoor pool, exercise classes, tennis, pickle ball, golf and much more.

Our gated community is like a 5 Star Resort with swimming, tennis, golf and a beautiful clubhouse. We are 2 hours from Sedona and an hour from Phoenix and the airport. We are 45 minutes from Scottsdale with fabulous shopping and restaurants. There are local restaurants nearby with Vs Taproom outside the gates on the golf course.
