We have two young adult children who live on the east coast and so we are flexible with our travel. We both still work full time but can at times work remotely especially if planned ahead of time. We live living in the city with all it has to offer. We have had our condo for two years after raising our children in the suburbs. I work in healthcare marketing and Chris is in technology. We are interested in visiting places both in the US and abroad we have not yet seen and love to live in a real neighborhood instead of a tourist area which is why we are interested in home sharing.

Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Cape Cod Home with 5 bedrooms and several comfortable living spaces, screened in porch and backyard ready for family entertaining. We are looking for a non-simultaneous exchange, a week at our Cape Cod Summer home during July 2024 in exchange for a week around Christmas 2023 in Spain, Greece or Portugal for a family of 6. The Cape house is near a large saltwater inlet for kayaking and paddleboarding and just 1 mile to several beaches. Falmouth has a lot to offer with a lovely downtown with shopping and restaurants. Take the ferry to visit Martha's Vinyard, just 30 minutes away by boat. Bike or walk on the bike paths and enjoy the small village of Woods Hole.

The house is about 300 yards away from a large saltwater inlet and about a mile from two nice family beaches, Falmouth has many restaurants including some on at the shore. The town has many golf courses open to the public and is great for walking, bike riding, boating and sightseeing.
