Great walkable urban area on historic, award-winning Lowry Air Force Base redevelopment. Walkable with many parks nearby, restaurants (Italian, beer garden, American bistro, coastal Mexican, pizza, gelato, ice cream, coffee shops), grocery and town center with spa services and other shops, bike trails, hockey rink, golf course, fitness center, Wings Over the Rockies air museum (bombers and fighter jets!), 15 min to Downtown Denver, 45 minutes to the mountains. Want to ski? 90 minutes away!

It is a 5-minute walk to multiple restaurants, parks, a museum, fitness center, coffee shops, grocery, shopping, ice cream, and other services! Quiet but active semi-urban area. Check out Wings Over the Rockies air museum and the historic redeveloped buildings in the Lowry Campus neighborhood. From my lofted townhome, you’ll see Hangar No. 1 where B-52 bombers parked during WWII - the current museum site. There’s a bomber right outside next to the Lowry Beer Garden.

I take care of my house and keep it neat and clean. It’s contemporary and upscale but not over done in terms of decor (nothing major to break). I have a King and two queen beds. There is also a private office, a deck, a patio, and gas grill. Jet tub in master bedroom.
