Retired college administrator and school teacher. Very active outdoor enthusiasts. We have travelled extensively in Britain and Europe. For awhile after retiring I started and ran my own coffee roasting company. I do some stone carving and am an active member of a stone carving group in the Northwest. We loved in Santa Cruz and Santa Barbara for many years before moving to Bend, OR.

Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Two story home on a full acre in the country 7 miles north of Bend, OR. Open floor plan, high ceilings, lots of light, with newly renovated kitchen. Hardwood floors, big deck, private setting back from the road with very little traffic. Heating, air conditioning, spa, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 car garage. Includes use of the espresso machine and a supply of coffee from my coffee roasting company. There is a peak of the Cascade Mountains from our deck. The Pacific coast is about a 4 hour drive west. EV charging for Tesla or other EV via Nemo 14/50.

Beschrijving van onze buurt en omgeving
Our small area has several dozen homes all on 1 acre. It's an exceptionally quiet area off main roads and very much a country setting. There are numerous horse and lama ranches around us, and Tumalo State Park is a half mile walk. Grocery shops are with 3-4 miles. Bend is 7 miles away and Sister is about 15 miles. The Redmond/Bend airport (RDM) is 15 minutes to the north.
