We are retired public school teachers that love to explore new places. We work part time for the University but have very flexible schedules. We are fortunate to live in a great place, Ashland, Oregon. We live on 1.5 acres on the edge of town giving us the best of all worlds, a beautiful rural setting with two creeks, and five minutes away from downtown Ashland, home of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.

Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Rancho Gabriel is in a rural park-like setting just a few minutes from downtown Ashland, home of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. We have three bedrooms, 3 baths, TV room separate from the living room, spacious modern kitchen, dining room and a large back deck with complete privacy on 1.5 acres of green with a view of the mountains. We also have two creeks running through our property.

We are located in an ideal setting, rural but 5 minutes from downtown Ashland. We live on 1.5 acres with two creeks running through our property, most of which is in a very private and peaceful backyard. There are several mountain lakes within a 30 minute drive, hiking and cross country skiing trails nearby and a golf course across the street. Mt. Ashland is 35 minutes away, quick access on and off the freeway.

Onze voorkeuren
Wat we graag willen of wat juist niet...
We prefer shoes off when in the house, please leave the house clean and tidy, feel free to use spices and condiments in the frig. Use of hot tub is ok but be sure to add a tablespoon of chlorine per person after each use, run jets for a few minutes before closing the lid. Children MUST be under adult supervision when using the hot tub and playing near the creeks. Be respectful of water and power usage.
Most importantly, please be sure to read the Host Guest Book Rules and Procedures on the kitchen counter. Have fun and discover Ashland!
