The local Caldbeck Store has everything from freshly baked bread delivered daily to newspapers, frozen produce and beers and wine. Midtown Milkhouse has 24/7 vending of fresh and locally sourced milk, eggs, bacon, cheese, butter and cookies! There is also a book exchange. The Muddy Duck Cafe serves sweet and savoury treats - from paninis and sausage rolls to milkshakes and ice creams. The Oddfellows Arms is at the heart of the village and has delicious cooked homely meals (and wood fired pizzas on a weekend) and a great selection of ales. It is also very dog friendly!
