Our home is located in a very nice neighborhood south of the downtown plaza. The home's style is "soft Santa Fe", meaning it has some SF features within a somewhat contemporary house . On a clear day, you have a 100-mile view. Really! A coffee shop, frozen yogurt shop, Subway sandwich shop, and a restaurant are among stores in a small plaza within walking distance. It is a 5-10 minute drive to the public recreation center, the largest shopping mall in SF, a library, and the community college. It's about a 15-minute drive to the plaza. There is a bus stop within a ten-minute walk from the house.

1,900 square feet. King bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the guest room. The 3rd bedroom is used as an office.
Santa Fe charm is evident in the kiva fireplace and high ceilings with vigas. Evaporative cooling/ hot water baseboard heat. Great mountain views. Carpet and tile floors. When you're in our house, there's no doubt that you're in Santa Fe, not Kansas! Television networks are seen via antenna and streaming is available on our 55' smart TV.

We sometimes travel as a couple, sometimes with another couple, and sometimes with our daughter and her family, which would be six of us. We love to travel and are open to offers.
