Waterfront home with dock on Longboat Key that overlooks Buttonwood Sound + Sarasota Bay. Our home is open and airy, with 4 bedrooms & 4 1/2 bathrooms. An interior courtyard with an in-ground pool and patio awaits your arrival. A second patio off the back of our home faces our dock and the sound. Use our binoculars to view the many birds and fish! A gated, private gulf-front beach area is available for your use nearby.

And while you're not likely to need it since you'll have your own private pool, there's also an additional private community pool roughly one block away from us.

A key card or guard house assistance allows entry into our community, and the key card also allows you entry into the gulf front beach area.

---Grocery shopping, a drug store, banking, clay court tennis and your private Gulf of Mexico beach access are just outside our community, only a 5-minute drive from our home.
---Famed St. Armand's Circle shopping and dining are only a 10-minute drive!
---Three different theaters / playhouses and the wonderful Ringling Museum of Art (which is free on Mondays) are in nearby Sarasota, only a 20-minute drive away.
---Or if you're up for a full day trip there's always Disney World (2 hour drive) or Universal Studios (2 hour 20 minute drive)

All bedrooms are en suite:
---Master bedroom is on the 2nd floor
---2nd and 3rd bedrooms, which are effectively master bedrooms too, are on the 1st floor
---4th bedroom is a casita with two twin beds, which is separate from the main home
