Casa molto confortevole e suggestiva, con grande vetrata sul giardino che si affacciava sull'oceano. Accogliente e calda, con le sue pareti in legno antico sembrava di vivere in un film e noi protagonisti di una settimana incantevole. Grazie per l'esperienza unica che ci avete consentito di vivere.

We had a wonderful time at your quaint ocean front home. It was so much bigger than we imagined from the photographs and the house was so well equipped for the 8 of us. We loved the beach below the house and the long walks we could take up and down the tree lined streets. The area was so quiet even though there was a main road not so far. The sunsets were gorgeous over Cape Cod Bay. Lots of great places to eat but we,especially loved the home baked fresh cod we bought at the end of Manomet Point Road. Thanks so much for the welcome basket and for a lovely two weeks.

Ons huis

Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil

We are a retired couple who sometimes travel with another couple. We are interested in Italy and France abroad. We are also interested in Vermont, Maine, and NH if we can bring our well behaved golden retriever.

Renovated charming classic Cape built in 1748, Peirce Brown House has a cedar shake roof, a very large family room with woodstove and a spectacular ocean view; You have to see it to believe it. The sunrise is incredible. The home is actually two antique Cape houses put together.
Nice kitchen. Great deck! huge great room with ocean view.
The beach is beautiful. You hear the waves at night, open your eyes in the morning and see the sun come up over the Atlantic.

The house is on beautiful Manomet beach.

Our neighborhood is quiet with old New England family homes, trees and ocean views. There is Manomet Center for Conservation down the street. migrating birds, osprey, eagles, hawks, herons, shore birds, seals, seasonal Right whales, and seals.

Cafe and restaurants nearby. Plimoth plantation re enacts the early settlement. plymouth rock and the harbor with the Mayflower are 10 mi away in town. Cape Cod canal is 10 mi south and the Cape has countless charming towns, national seashore, theater, concerts and museums. boston is 45 minute drive if it's not rush hour. plymouth has whale watch boats and fishing excursions.
