Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Our well cared-for primary residence is a 1940's Vintage Beach Cottage in the village of Laguna Beach, California, an artist colony on the "California Riviera".
Our cottage has a modest view of the ocean; it is a few blocks from beach. Our patio is private & serves as our outdoor dining room in the summer. We have an outdoor garden shower which is nice to use after a day at the beach. Our home sleeps 4 comfortably, however the queen fold-out couch in the living room makes a comfortable extra bed if necessary. When we have a house exchange we would like to be able to invite 1-2 travel companions to join us, and would be happy for you to do the same in our home.
Also, cleanliness is very important to us. We will have our home professionally cleaned before & after the exchange and would like this in exchange.

Laguna Beach is less than 10 miles north and 10 miles south of Dana Point and Newport Beach sailing harbors. It is also within an hour's drive of Los Angeles and San Diego. Easy day trip to Disneyland, SeaWorld and Legoland.
