Prefer single or couple; maximum 4 adults/kids. Newly remodeled home. Non-smoking household. TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. Great WiFi -- please bring your own laptop. No pets because we have a beautiful, friendly and loving Siamese cat -- Pet Care Needed! (Feeding and cleaning of litter box only.) Rental car advised in order to explore larger area of Northern California. Open to both simultaneous and non-simultaneous swaps in Italy, Europe, and other interesting places. Month-long swaps within Western U.S. also possible since we can "telecommute" for work.
