If you wish to offer to exchange your main residence for ours, welcome to our Monterey Ranch style home. From the interior of our home, or from our spacious deck, you may enjoy sunset, ocean, city light, and Santa Catalina Island views.

We are offering our Main Residence. It is our only home.
Please do not offer just your Holiday or Vacation home.

Corona del Mar is a coastal community within the City of Newport Beach, California.

Our home is comfortable for up to five or six adults.
Our car has only five adult seat belts.

The floor plan of 2532 square feet allows togetherness or privacy.
The master bedroom has a California King bed (72x84 inches) and an ensuite bathroom with 2 wash basins, 1 toilet, and 1 shower over sunken bath tub.
The guest bedroom has a Queen bed (60x80 inches) and an ensuite bathroom with 2 wash basins, 1 toilet, and 1 shower over bath tub. This bathroom can also be accessed through a hallway door.
The sewing room/bedroom has a single (33x77 inches) bed with a pull out/up (31x74 inches) bed that can be separated or locked together for a 64 inch wide bed.
There is a half bath with 1 wash basin and 1 toilet.

Newport Beach is home to a large selection of iconic sporting, cultural, and community events throughout the year. Its beaches and picturesque coastline play host to such annual events such as the Newport Beach Sandcastle Competition, Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade, the Newport to Ensenada Yacht Race, Newport Beach Film Festival, and Taste of Newport.

Walk 25 minutes to Corona del Mar State Beach. Drive to Crystal Cove State Beach in under 15 minutes or Huntington State Beach in 20 minutes. City beaches are 20 minutes. Watch the crazy surfers compete at The Wedge or the Professional Surf competitions at Huntington City Beach.

We are located 20 miles from Disneyland, 45 miles from Los Angeles and 85 miles from San Diego. We recommend staying over multiple nights in San Diego, or even better to find an exchange (it is very worthwhile).

Access to several airports is easy. The largest one is Los Angeles International (LAX-45 miles = minimum 1 hr drive) which requires much earlier check-in and costly transit from home. The nearest is Santa Ana/Orange County/John Wayne (SNA-5 miles = minimum 13 minutes) with a much shorter check-in and less expensive transit. From baggage-claim at SNA to home is less than half an hour. This is one great reason to book SNA if you must make a stop at any other airport in the USA on the way to/from your home.

Our house book has information to help you find most anything. Large and small appliances have information booklets in the kitchen. We are always happy to answer questions about if we have something, or where to find it.
