Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil

Our home is a floor-thru 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. The apartment was renovated in 2017 and we are the first residents. It is one flight up. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the children's bedroom has two twin beds. We live with our cool cat, Alex, but he has been on an extended vacation at my parents’ home, and will only return to us in 2022. Our neighborhood has some of the most beautiful streets in Brooklyn, and it is one of the most child-friendly areas in New York City. It is also one of the best places to eat in New York. There are many great restaurants within minutes from our home. Carroll Gardens has become a popular neighborhood among French expats. Whole Foods, a major supermarket, is only a few minutes away, and the subway is 1 minute from our apartment.
