It was a great house at walking distantie to the beach. Lovely surroundings and a good spot for exploring the coast. Barbara was communicating really well and answered quickly. She solved the problems we had really well. Thanks for sharing your house!

Barb and Rich’s vacation home outside of Waldport was a perfect retreat. Bright, light, spotlessly clean and well equipped, it was the perfect spot to walk to the beach through the quiet neighborhood or hop in the car for wonderful nearby sightseeing and restaurants along the central coast. Barb was most welcoming and a phone call away when I needed to sort something out. It was a fine exchange.

We had a great exchange in the beach house from Barb and Rich. The house is spacious and a 5 minute walk from one of all the beautiful beaches at the Oregon Coast. A paradise for nature lovers with lots of birds.We made several daytrips, the house is in the middle of little towns like Newport( historic bayfront) and lovely Yachats. We also travelled for several days into Central Oregon. Communication with Barb was easy and frequently and pleasant

The home was in five star condition upon arrival, including welcoming gifts. The kitchen and master bath are beautifully upgraded. We visited in December and were unable to enjoy the beautiful garden and back deck. The location is in a quiet well maintained 60's era subdivision. The house has two cats, which we fed and tended to. The city's best public golf course, Red Tail, is less than five minutes away. We visited Rich and Barb in Portland the summer before our December visit. They are a great couple and because their flight left Kona several hours after our arrival, we were pleased to enjoy a barbecue together on our lanai. Richard and Carol Kaulua Kona, HI
